Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" include that person.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested by the Platform. Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. ze88 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close any duplicate Accounts it identifies. Balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated using duplicate Accounts may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ze88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ze88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
ze88 is required to verify the identity of its Users as part of its obligations under the operator's licensing framework. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawals and, ultimately, Account closure.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. ze88 references payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual guidance only. The actual availability of any payment method is determined solely by the operator's live cashier and is subject to change without notice. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ze88 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for the convenience of Pakistani users. The operator processes transactions in the base account currency, and PKR display values are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of each transaction. ze88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
ze88 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page before opt-in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be converted to real withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry period for each bonus are clearly stated on the individual promotion page.
The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
ze88 reserves the right to withhold, void or claw back any bonus, free bet or associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, game content and interface design, is the property of ze88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ze88 brand name, logo and all related marks are the exclusive property of ze88.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ze88; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or game code on the Platform; or remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice from any content.
ze88 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond ze88's reasonable control. ze88 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime.
All betting and gaming outcomes are determined by the respective game engines, random number generators (RNGs) or live sports results, as applicable. ze88 accepts no liability for the outcome of any bet or game. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money. You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ze88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, even if ze88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
ze88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within your Account settings or by contacting support.
ze88 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by minors (persons below the minimum eligible age). You agree that you will not allow any person below the minimum eligible age to access your Account or use the Platform through your credentials.

ze88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ze88 support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. Bonus balances will be forfeited on Account closure.
ze88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ze88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a directive from a competent authority; (c) ze88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; or (d) it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.
On termination of your Account for any reason, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law shall survive termination indefinitely.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ze88's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the operator's license jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may separately apply to their activities. ze88 does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
